Technops provides website-related services such as design, development, hosting setup, support, optimization, and migration based on the scope agreed with the client before work begins.
Project Scope and Delivery
Any deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines are based on the selected service package or custom proposal. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require separate approval or charges.
Payment Terms
Projects may require an advance payment before work begins. Remaining payment may be collected before final delivery, at launch, or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered on a basic case-by-case basis. Amounts paid for completed work, approved milestones, domain or hosting purchases, or third-party costs may not be refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, and access needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Technops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, third-party platform outages, or delays caused by incomplete client information or external services.
